A man and a woman have trouble between them. The woman forbids the man to enter the dwelling they once shared. The woman clears the dwelling of all the mans possessions. She puts his possessions outside the dwelling on the ground to shame him. When the woman begins to cast out the drum that belonged to the man, the spirit of the ancestor embraced her. The drum was made by the mans father- she could not bear to cast away the drum nor his son- her husband. All these things that our ancestors leave behind remind us of what we must do. I tell you until this day the drum in the dwelling speaks.
