KuhPa is the Tunica word meaning "to assemble", "to call together", or "to gather together." It also means to call together as a chief calling his people together. Also, it could mean putting together like pulling together feathers for an arrow.

This section represents a gathering of the spirits of the Earth, the animals, and mankind. For the world to survive, all spirits must come together as one in harmony.
